3 Plex Row Houses (Convertible)

Below are pictures and the floor plan blueprint of our Triplex Row Houses in Williston. Each has 2 two bedroom apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment.  These buildings are 8′ longer than the 6 Plexes.  The front bedroom in each 2 bedroom apartment can be locked out from the apartment. With its own separate entrance, it becomes a motel room or efficiency unit & the two bedroom apartment becomes a one bedroom apartment. This gives a great deal of flexibility in housing.
